We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays. Orders for items in stock generally will ship within 24 to 48 hours once payment is cleared. Rush orders, Next-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day select will ship out the following business day, shipping time is not always guaranteed and can be longer than usual. If you need an order by a specific date, please leave a comment during product checkout or give us a call directly at 1-877-4K9MEGA. If there are any problems with your order and we are unable to reach you by phone or email, this can delay the shipment of your order. Delivery time coast-to-coast: Standard, 7-10 business days. Rush!, 2-3 business days from the day we ship.

Sales Tax in N.C.- K9 Mega™ is a proud tax paying business which operates in the state of North Carolina. As a result, we are required by law to charge a 8% sales tax in this state. If you live in North Carolina, your order total will reflect any sales tax charges as well as the purchase total. If you have any questions about the tax rate on your order, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

NOTE: Shipping and freight charges to addresses in Hawaii, Guam, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO Box, AA Box, or AE Box cannot be determined until the actual time of shipment. We will send you an additional email confirmation with these additional charges for your authorization prior to your order being shipped.

Delivery time: Allow 7-10 days for Global Priority delivery; 3-5 days for Global Express delivery. Customs inspections may create delays.

International Restrictions

*Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and unfortunately we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

*If for any reason if the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by customs officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges.

*Shipping to other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products.
