If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange. Items returned in new, unused condition within 30 business days are eligible for a 100% store credit of purchase price. Request for returns not postmarked within 30 days of receipt, may be completely refused.
For items received damaged due to shipping, they may be returned and replaced. To ensure items are not damaged during shipping, we use exceptional packaging along with marking all shipped packages as fragile.
Returns in new, unopened, unused condition within 30 business days of the date of purchase are eligible for:
Store Credit: 100% store credit of purchase price. Refund*: Purchase price less 25% restocking fee due to the costs involved. Refund option is not allowed if store credit was used.
*Please note if you choose a refund route any shipping promotion you have received i.e. Free shipping will be deducted from the total. Any reward points or coupon discounts received will also be forfeited.
Shipping/handling and insurance costs are not refundable or creditable unless there was an error by us, in which case we also offer a reasonable return s/h store credit (offered subject to inspection and approval). Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect or damaged product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
The following items are not eligible for return: opened/used pet toys & treats, opened/used bowls & feeders, opened/used supplements or vitamins.
