Quick Ordering

Find the Products or Order Now button links in the top menu or left menu to locate the products you're looking for. Once you have found the item/items you are ready to order, select your quantity then click on the Add to Cart button. Locate the View Cart and/or Checkout button links to proceed to checkout.

Apply a Promotional Code or Coupon Code to Your Order

If you have a coupon or promo code for a discount, you may input the code online during the checkout process or give us a call at 1-877-4K9-MEGA to input the code for you. Once a registered customer, you may also contact one of our agents via Online Live Support for additional help and/or product related questions. Make sure to review the discount rules as some discounts only apply to certain products.

Order Changes

We will make every effort to change or cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse.

Changes to existing orders are easily made on the website at any time by selecting My Account.

Making Orders Without a Computer

You are able to place an order if you don’t have a computer, you just won't be able to edit or make account changes online. At the moment we do not currently accept phone orders, but we do accept U.S. and Canadian Postal Money Orders, Certified and Cashiers Checks. Be sure to mail with your payment, your shipping address and telephone number along with payment amount *including shipping expenses (contact customer service 1-877-4K9-MEGA for accurate total payment amount to send via check or money order).

Reviewing and Tracking Your Orders

You may review your account status at any time by selecting My Account. You can view your existing order and also look at all your previous orders as well. To track the delivery status of an existing order go to UPS Order Tracking and enter the tracking code associated with that order.
